Your executive assistant, built into The BOSS · a 1‑minute hello
See everything it does
01 · Brea
Meet Brea, your executive assistant, built in. She works inside your calendar, your clients and your checkout, not in a chat box in the corner.
Brea only offers services that can be booked online, and she checks the time is still free before she writes the booking.
When a client asks for a real person, she hands over and lets you know. When she makes a change for you, she makes it first, then sends the text, and she only says "done" when both really happened.

02 · Brea's hats
One assistant, many hats, working for you, your team and your clients at once.
03 · Calendar
Your whole team's day on one screen, and it keeps itself current.
Block time for lunch or a break in two taps. The calendar refreshes itself, so a booking Brea makes, or a change from the front desk, appears without anyone reloading.
Booking from the staff app is one gold button away, in the middle of the bottom bar.
04 · Your team
Each person opens the app and sees their day: who's up next, with one gold button to check them in.
Each appointment carries a coloured dot for where it's at, and little badges for things like members and returning clients. Quick actions put New booking and Block time one tap away.
The app wears your business's own colours and fonts, and the bottom bar is the same five doors everywhere: Today, Calendar, Book, Clients and More.
✦ Spotlight
Running 10 minutes late? Type it, Brea polishes it, and one tap sends it.
It works the other way too. When a client texts that they're running late, Brea spots it, notes it on their appointment and lets their provider know.
The same Text box is everywhere: the appointment, the client's profile and the team app's "Needs attention" card, so every conversation with a client stays together.
06 · Clients
One form per visit, with the right questions for the service, and an easy way in for your clients.
New clients answer their getting-started questions once, the first time they sign in, one question per screen.
If someone books twice under a slightly different name, The BOSS flags the possible duplicate for you and never merges anyone on its own.
07 · Checkout
Services, products and tips in one cart, and the receipt goes out by text.
Every service line says who did it, so pay is right later. Someone walks in and only wants aftercare? Ring it up as a walk-in sale with no appointment needed.
Products show with their photos in your client app's shop, alongside gift cards.
08 · Memberships
Sell them, track them and use them at checkout, with no spreadsheet on the side.
A No-show never uses up a package or membership visit. Gift cards sell in your online shop, and their balance is there at checkout.
How your team is paid on packages and memberships is your choice: on each visit used, or when it's sold, and never twice.
09 · Alerts
If something needs you, Brea tells you by text and on screen, as it happens.
Ava L. is running late. I noted it on her 12:30 and told Sienna.
Jordan T. asked to talk to a person.
Chloe M. wants to move her Thursday appointment.
A number that isn't in your client list texted the business.
Yesterday's 3:00 sale has a line with no team member on it.
Alerts come as a text and a pop-up in the app. The owner sees every alert, including the ones meant for the team, so nothing slips through.
Clients who said "no reminders" don't get them, and STOP always works.
10 · Payroll
Every pay period worked out from the real sales, ready when you are.
| Team member | Services | Tips | Pay |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sienna | 38 | $412.00 | $1,284.50 |
| Elle | 31 | $356.00 | $1,102.00 |
Pay comes from what was actually rung up, with each service line naming who did it. Hours can be viewed, corrected and entered by hand, and locked periods are read-only.
Simple mode hides the advanced pay panels until you need them.
11 · Marketing Coming soon
Brea drafts it, you approve it, and only clients who said yes ever get it.
Marketing and service messages are kept apart. A client can say no to offers and still get their reminders, and every marketing text ends with the way to opt out.
Each client gets at most one marketing text a week, so nobody is flooded.
12 · Branding
Your clients see your name, your colours and your fonts, not ours.
Pick your colours and fonts once in Settings and every page follows: the front page, the signed-in client app, the team app and the buttons.
Change your mind next season? Change them again. Nothing has to be rebuilt.
13 · Control
Run it all from your phone, and decide exactly who sees and does what.
Every money action is checked against the person's own permissions, on the server, not just hidden on the screen.
Team members only see their own clients' details unless you say otherwise.
14 · Any business
The BOSS shapes itself around how you work, not the other way around.
Today's BOSS is built around appointments, products and the people who serve them. The next BOSS is being built wide underneath, so Brea can set it up for a very different business during your sit-down.
15 · The details
The small touches you only notice when they're missing.
An answer that needs checking shows on the appointment before the client sits down.
Brea alert: coming soonSame phone number? The existing client is used. Same name? Flagged for you, never merged on its own.
Merge suggestions: coming soonA client's other numbers count too, so Brea knows who's texting.
A booking from a number another client also uses is flagged, so nobody gets mixed up.
The right questions for the service, and it keeps their place if they stop halfway.
No re-entering: coming soonRunning late? Text the client from the appointment, polished by Brea.
The client app wears your name, colours and fonts, and lives on their home screen.
Permissions person by person, checked by the server on every money action.
A No-show never uses up a package or membership visit.
Your team's alerts wait until morning. Yours can come any hour, if you want them.
Every client note shows who wrote it and when.
Brea only says done when the change and the text both really happened.
16 · The difference
Most systems give you a stack of tools. The BOSS gives you one place, and an assistant who knows it inside out.
| Most systems | The BOSS |
|---|---|
| An AI chat box added on later, in the corner | Brea, built into every screen |
| Separate apps for booking, texting, forms and pay | One place for all of it |
| Copy the number, open your phone, type it out | Text from the appointment; Brea polishes it |
| You find out when it's already a problem | Brea tells you as it happens |
| Their logo, their colours | Your name and your colours on everything |
| "Done!" and hope it worked | Brea says done only when it really is |
| Leave, and your records are stuck | Download your data any time Coming soon |
"Most systems" means the usual way salon and service software is put together: a booking tool, plus a texting tool, plus forms, plus payroll in a spreadsheet, with an AI added later.
The BOSS starts from one record of your business, so Brea, your team and your clients are always looking at the same thing.

Brea's job description
For Luxe Lash Studio: what I'd take off your plate, what I'd keep an eye on, and where I'd always check with you first.
So you can stay with your clients
And tell you before it costs you
You stay the boss
You have 7 bookings today. There's a gap at 2:00, and I've offered it to three clients on your waitlist. Two clients are due for a fill this week; I'll invite them unless you'd rather I didn't.
A still picture of a made-up business. Nothing here is real or live.
